Mr. Mingus is one of the Fenix OGs. He started with us at the other place and has been a staple ever since. Like most he has some concerns with pandemic and has decided to take some time off from Jiu-Jitsu, but he is still very active in the team. As always, we had a great conversation and hope to have him back on soon.

Liam is a Navy Veteran who has worked with SEAL Teams while stationed in Hawaii and a blue belt in Jiu-Jitsu. He has some great stories from the island and BUD/S. He is currently running the Competition Training at Fenix Jiu-Jitsu on Sundays at 2pm if you would like to get a great workout geared towards Grapplers. Enjoy!

Nicole is back! She recently earned her black belt making her the first female balck belt from Charlotte NC. We had a great time as always and we'll have her back on asap. 

Matt is an Army Veteran and Blue Belt under Fenix Jiu-Jitsu. He is one of my favorite training partners and comes to about 10 classes on a slow week. He tells us about his history in the Army and his weight loss journey as well as a ton of other topics (of course). We had an absolute blast and hope to have him back soon. 

Caitlin has been training with us for a couple years and has since earned her blue belt. She is also a RN and novice dove hunter (that will be explained......) Enjoy.

Returning to the podcast is one of the best kept secrets in Martial Arts. The man; The Legend; The Son of Graham! It's always a pleasure to sit down with our friend in combat and this episode was no different. We literally fix all of the world's problems in 3 hours. Enjoy.
