Vernon is the Owner/Instructor at Relentless Martial Arts and a regular competitor in every BJJ tournament. He shared a ton of information with us about his ideology on Jiu-Jitsu and grappling as a whole. He has also partnered with various BJJ gear companies to do giveaways to support the Jiu-Jitsu community during the shutdown. We had a lot of fun on this one and hope to have him back on soon.
Brian is a very interesting individual and has been in the Martial Arts community for a long time. He recieved his Black Belt in 2012 and teaches at a couple different area academies. His main academy is Octagon MMA in Greensboro.
Ricky "The Sniper" Rainey is a Bellator and UFC Veteran/ Muay Thai and Kickboxing Pro/ Striking Instructor/ Collegiate Footballer Player/ Chorister at Carnegie Hall/ and Junior High Wrestling County Champion (to name a few). Needless to say, he's been some places and done some things. He is without a doubt the most laid back/ dangerous man to join the podcast. Hopefully we can make him famous one day. We had a blast talking to him and hope to have him back on soon.
Rachael is a long distance student of Fenix and Full Time student of Team Roc. She joined us on the podcast to talk about her story on the mats and a ton of random stuff as usual. Enjoy!
Round two! Nicole is one of our favorite guests (basically a part-time co-host). She has been in and around combat sports for a long time and has some very interesting stories to share. As always, we had a blast and hope to have her on again soon.
Today we sat down with one of our close friend/student Jeff. He is truly one of a kind and has a very interesting story on how Jiu-Jitsu has molded his life and continues to change him as an athlete and as a man.
