I'm writing this early morning and still dark so I'm take some time to set intentions for today.

May this be a day filled with:

- Creativity

- Understanding

- Empathy

- Pleasure

- Gratefulness

- Connection to Nature

- Abundance

- Meaningful conscious experiences

I'm very shy when it comes to sharing my music, I hope to overcome that eventually and be able to do it more often because I really enjoy it.

I really liked the message on this song, it is such an undeniable truth. If anything is weighing you down it's just a matter of dancing to get all that stagnated energy flowing again, releasing the tension from those places where it has accumulated.

I often think about how important rythm is for living a good life. If you can move in the rythm of your preference, then all will go smoothly without problems. The sensation that something is wrong is only there because you've lost your own pace, the one that your Soul has been beating all along.

I was playing the coach character in front of the camera and wanted to give out some truth pills but I edited after smoking a blunt and just found myself to be a ridiculous fool imitating words that were not my own. Instead, I found it fun to play with different effects and develop a bit of editing skills while at it. I used Kdenlive, a Linux video editor which has a lot of options so I entertained myself trying them out.

Just a little practicing, need to improve a lot but I enjoyed these parts so I share them. Open to advice and constructive criticism, if you got tips they are welcome.

Played a bit with the editing, a long time since I didn't edit because the computer I currently have freezes so easy it can be very frustrating.

Just a few thoughts on something I have been working on. We all want to feel constantly comfortable (spiritually, mentally or physically) but Life loves to throw some curveballs every now and then.

Spiritually we travel through all emotions and states of consciousness and not all of them are pleasant.

Intellectually we tend to get invaded by undesired thoughts, traumas, fears, and anxieties.

Physically we get hurt, find our bodies don't feel or behave as we expect them to, and have to deal with aging and sickness,

However, I feel that when you tolerate the presence of discomfort it tends to go away very fast. It seems discomfort requires of you to struggle against it so that it can exist. Once you stop the struggle it is easy to remember that this is just a dream and that you are free to do as you wish with it.

Well, here's me, lol. Whatever that means. Have been writing many posts this week but haven't been able to finish them. There's something off with my concentration circuit. Anyway, I was a bit high and wanted to talk my brains out. It's all for fun, if something resonates with you cool. If something seems like shit, cool too. But don't forget: "Life is a Lie".

Starting to love making videos because I can watch them afterward and learn so much about what I call "myself". I can watch me and observe my judgments, expressions and energies projected in a way that is very different from writing where I edit a lot. Will definitely be doing this more often and keep learning.
