We see people off, getting things they have asked and long for, but what about us?

Do we feel as though God has short-handed us? Yes, we can count our blessings everyday and know He's inherently good but "if He would just do that one thing. If He can heal the sick, raise from life, why hasn't He done _______________________?" (you fill in that blank).

I pray chapter 2 of "The In-Between" blesses you and encourages you to hope again. We don't ask because we expect to get all we ask as the book of James tell us, but if He did it for someone else and it's His will, why not you? You are His child after all.
 
A later chapter in this title covers to being open however I hope this particular chapter would encourage you to hope once more. To realize that God knows and sees YOU too. Not just that friend of yours who seems to have "it all together". But He sees and knows YOU.

How is it that we share with others some of our ambitions, desires, hopes and dreams and once it may have been completed...but what about "in-between". When that test comes back negative again, month after month. When that person you thought "might be the one turns out to be "just another one". 

What happens while in the in-between? 

You've set sail but not quite on the other side onto the shores? 

Today's episode I wanted to cover chapter 1 of what I hope encourages anybody in the middle of your own "voyage"; your "in-between". Whether it be right now a calm sea or stormy night, I pray it encourages you to not lose heart in the middle but trust the Lord in your waiting.

It’s been a little since a last episode posting but thankful to all God has done especially the last few years and seeing Him work! In “Seeing His Faithfulness”, I felt to share some things I’ve lived to experience the last couple years and a.) want to give God glory and b.) hope this encourages anyone. Let be busy about doing the FATHERS work

Today's podcast is part II of Where Is Your Love? and let me tell you, I'm challenged. I'm realizing that I fall short and I can't do this without Gods help.

He said to him, 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the greatest and most important command. The second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself.  All the Law and the Prophets depend on these two commands.'" --Matt. 22: 35-40

How do you love? Where is Your Love?

Today's podcast is Part I covering what is love. We say "I love you", but can we say we know what it really means? I'm by no means saying I have it all together and while I can say studying for this episode has been humbling to say the least, I know I have things I need to work on. 

I'll leave one of my favorite verses here: James 1:22 "But be doers of the word and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves."

Have you ever gone camping and thought bringing a flashlight wasn't necessary? You yourself were able to fabricate the light needed to navigate your way through the dark.

Highly doubtful. You need something other than yourself to shine and not only guide you, but perhaps maybe assist others alongside you that don't have one.

I hope todays podcast encourages you to let the light of Christ shine in your life all the more. There is "a world outside your window" (as a song famously puts it) that needs to see the light of Christ. There is hope. Joy and peace in the midst of ciaos...His name is Jesus.
