Do you ever feel like you could be Ruth? Faithfully gleaning in the fields and you are looking around wondering when your "Boaz" will come riding along on horseback to spot you and snag you up?
In this podcast, I sit down to talk with Laura Beuca who is a best friend of mine for many years, to discuss a season we know well - singleness. Now, this isn't because we think it's a final season for the two of us, but rather a season in which we believe should have PURPOSE and FOCUS on actively serving Him as His followers.
May this be a blessing to you and if you found this encouraging, share it with a friend.
"Charm is deceptive and beauty is fleeting, but a woman who fears the Lord will be praised" Proverbs 31:30

In the meantime. When things have already begun yet they are still in the process of completion or nearing its end.
To be frank, this podcast has been on my mind these past few weeks and well... I just kept pushing it off because it was a hard one to share. For those that may know or don't know (surprise), my dad almost died last year. I don't always like to publicly talk about it and at times have to push myself to be vulnerable, but God really deserves all the glory. The doctors gave him 0% chance of surviving and while God truly worked a miracle in healing him, little did I know about the healing that needed to take place in my own heart. God: our Jehovah-Rapha, the God who heals.
Those who sow in tears, shall reap in joy. Psalm 126:5

With direction on what to speak on next, in today's podcast I sit down to share my testimony and specifically how I came to believe in Jesus, accept Him as my personal Savior and shortly after that. We all have our own testimony and it's still being written in some ways. Praise God for all He has done and as always, glory be to Him. He truly is a good God.

The common phrase "bro, do you lift?" can come to mind, but as followers of Jesus, do you train?
1 Timothy 4:7-9 tells us that bodily exercise has limited benefit but training in godliness in beneficial in all ways. In today's episode, we will discuss how training requires (to name a few) dedication on our part, discipline, knowledge, us actively applying things and cutting things out.

What do you do when God says "No"? and What do you do when God says "Yes"?
In todays episode, I wanted to share some thoughts on the topic of change. Sometimes, we are waiting for God to move or we won't even dare ask because we don't think things could change. In the midst of the "waiting" and praying, let us be obedient stewards, consistent in our walk with Him, seeking Him always, accepting whatever may come and rejoice that He always wins in the end.

Hello everyone and welcome to the first episode of Ferro Acuitur! (pronounced pharaoh ah-quee-two)
I thought it was only fitting to cover why I started this podcast and how God truly had His hand in it.
