Reclaiming our body and pleasure is a beautiful side effect of charting our cycles and living cyclically. Part of this process comes from the awareness and perception of our own bodies and anatomy. Nat has a beautiful conversation with Vida, a fellow Cycle Coach, embodied movement teacher and an anatomy enthusiast. Vida owns her own studio, called Body Sense, where she works with clients 1:1 to help them heal their bodies and their relationships with their bodies through movement, menstrual cycle awareness and cyclical self care.
