  • Identity of Jesus: Wk.3

This week one of our interns Hannah Thom continues our series, “Identity of Jesus.” We look at Luke 3:1-22 and how Jesus is our Savior. Hannah talks about all of Jesus’ “superpowers” and the miracles He performs, and how Jesus should be our ultimate Savior. She talks about putting our identity fully in Jesus being our Savior and how that should affect our lives.

  • Identity of Jesus: Wk.1

This week Chas Martin opens up a new series, “Identity of Jesus.” We look at Matthew 16:13-20 and how people start to realize that Jesus is more than a prophet. Chas talks about how when we recognize Jesus for who he is, we can then understand our role as the continuation of the church, bringing glory to Jesus as King.

  • Hear Me Roar: Wk.4

This week Chas Martin talks to us about trusting God. We all have places and people that we put our trust in, but do we know what trust is or even what makes a person trustworthy? Chas helps us look back at the fiery furnace and the lions’ den to see what we can learn about trust from Daniel and his friends.

  • Hear Me Roar: Wk.3

This week Hannah Thom talked to us about finding peace in the pit. In Daniel 6, Daniel found himself in a literal pit of lions. Where the average person would have been scared out of their mind, Daniel found peace because of his relationship with God. Hannah encouraged us to take a page out of Daniel’s book by building into our relationship with God now, so that when the times in the pit take place we might find peace in the God we already know to be faithful.

  • Hear Me Roar: Wk.1-2

This week Joshua Davis talked to us about being bold together. In Daniel 3, we see that Daniel and his friends decide to stand up together against Nebuchadnezzar and his statue (since they didn’t want to worship it). They had an unshakeable faith together and survived a fiery furnace because God honored their boldness. Joshua challenges us to pray for boldness, practice boldness, and experience boldness ourselves.

  • My Story: Wk.4

This week Breanne Nelson will be sharing with us in our “My Story” series as she talks about “Trust.” She walks us through her own life story about trusting that God is still faithful, even when it doesn’t seem like it or when we can’t feel it. We will look at Proverbs 3:5-6 and what it looks like to trust God as he leads us on a straight path.

  • My Story: Wk.3

This week JJ Bunney will be sharing with us in our “My Story” series as he talks about “Others.” JJ shares about his journey growing in his faith by fighting the temptation of sin with the help of friends around him. He shares how God uses others around us through trials so we don’t have to walk alone in it. We will look at Galatians 6:1-3 and what it means to carry each others’ burdens. Faith is not meant to be done alone.

  • My Story: Wk.2

He sums up his story with the word “Mercy” and shares how God used so many things throughout his life to lead him to having new affections for people and new affections for God. • My Story: Wk.1

In this My Story series, each communicator gives a testimony of what God has done in their lives and sums it all up in one Word. Georgia Kaliope’s one word is Identity. We all are searching for our identity and many times find ourselves attaching to people, objects, and circumstances that will never bring a full or lasting identity. Only by finding yourself in Christ will you have an identity that last for eternity.

  • Good Story: Good Story Wk.2

The Easter Story is Good News for Everyone // This week Dallas Greenaway will be closing out our Easter series, “the Good Story”, and will be talking about how the Easter story is good news for everyone. We will look at how God sent Jesus because He loves everyone in John 3:16-18 and how we have been given the gift to share the good news of Jesus. We read in 2 Corinthians 5:17-21 that we are ministers of reconciliation and ambassadors for Christ.
