I have been taking severe strain for over a week and those days cause my fibromyalgia-crying-days to happen more often. Today is another one of those. I like to believe that by doing these podcasts, it helps me feel better.

I remember all too well how weird some of those early issues were when I first started to get a full-blown case of fibro.

Fine to laugh about it now. But at the time I was sure I was dying a few times.

This was another vague ramble through my thoughts.
