This is always going to be podcasts that are chatty, not structured at all, a little unfiltered and always fun. Even if it is all about fibromyalgia and the issues related to earning a living when you cannot even get out of bed.

This rambling directionless introduction podcast is actually meant to try to cover topics that you are interested in and perhaps the whole point is to stir you up enough to comment and interact with myself and each other right here.

I do have resources to help those of you with a debilitating illness, but do not want to add any links just yet.

I think you are better off learning how convoluted my style of teaching and talking is before you even think of letting me help you overcome some fibromyalgia issues that are probably causing your stress levels to go to places that are not cool.

I promise to be back and to start to do stuff that is not just random chatting but covers a topic that will hopefully be worth listening to and even helpful.
