We are most comfortable developing partnerships with people like us. But we need to recognise that such narrowness is not only unbiblical, it is severely limiting.

One of the strengths of the FIEC is the ability to gather and facilitate local partnerships. But that also means that we are weaker at developing partnerships that are outside of geographic areas yet equally meaningful.
