One year from now . . . what does that phrase mean to you? 

I saw a Facebook post this week that said “Where you are a year from now is a reflection of the choices you make today,” and it caused me to reflect on what I envision the next year to be like. 

Let’s be honest, though. None of these ideas will come to fruition without work, dedication, discipline and accountability. All of those things that a coach can help one with. 

If I handed you a blank Wheel of Life graph and asked you to rate the categories on it, from 1 to 10 with 1 being low and 10 being perfect, how would you rate each of these?   Friends and Family, Significant Other or Spouse, Personal Growth, Fun & Leisure, Home Environment, Career, Money, and Health. Please be sure to be honest, too. 

One of the four objections to most decisions is readiness. Are you ready to begin living the life of your dreams? If not, what is your reason and if so, are you ready to take action now? What happens if you do nothing? Where will you be one year from now? Maybe the same place or maybe not where you are today. The decision is yours and yours alone.

What's the difference between busy and productive?
My thought is that busy is fear that keeps us from being seen or heard. Productive is putting ourselves out into the world, whether to start a movement, getting more clients, or bringing more joy into our lives.

Today’s topic is GOALS. It’s January and the New Year. Most people think of New Year’s resolutions. Some think of goals instead of resolutions. Either way, the new year is a fresh start from most perspectives. However, resolutions or goals can begin at any time. 

What is it that you want to do in 2024? Is it achieve a goal, fulfill a resolution, develop a habit or develop a routine?

Have you ever done a "Word of the Year"?  Last year my word was SIMPLIFY. I did okay at simplifying my life. I continue to work on simplifying each and every day.
This year my word is CONSISTENT. I want to be consistent in what I do so that when I get to 1/1/25, I will have achieved many of my goals.

What would life look like if you didn't have so many clothes, coffee mugs, or shoes? What would life look like if you spent your time the way you want to or didn't watch as many shoes on the television or spent so much time scrolling through social media?
