Sometimes, God will stop you right in your tracks with His directions.  That's what happened to me as I was working on a Podcast. Check out my acronym for S.C.R.A.P.  

All of the Fierce N Free ladies are called to the front of the line. Time to move forward with your plan.  You did enough planning, now is the time to put it into action.

Sometimes letting it all out can be difficult.  Am I saying it right? Will they listen to what I am saying or am I speaking to the air?  What about me?  What about what I think or how I feel?  Yes, it is time to express my thoughts, my body language... express the real me.  The me that I accept.
