On this episode I talk with a truly divine being, Ally Griffin.
Ally is the owner of Svadhyaya Wellness where she is a Reiki practitioner, yoga and meditation instructor. Ally’s mission with Svadhyaya is about helping herself and others to come back to them self. Svadhyaya Wellness includes Reiki, Yoga and Meditation.
In this episode, Ally shares about her Gymnastics and Cheerleading journey and how the lessons and beliefs she learnt in these sports has affected her in many ways. She also shares about the journey she has had through being a Personal Training, Nutritionist to now stepping into the spiritual realm.

Today on the podcast I will be talking with a true gem, Tessa Staley.
Tessa has her own business as self love and empowerment life coach and is an advanced facilitator at Flourish Girl. Tessa has a deep desire to empower women to come home to their truth, align with their purpose and step into their power so they can shine their light in this world.
In this episode, Tessa shares about her own struggles. From an early age Tessa always felt like her emotions were too big for her body. She shares about the challenges she has with Mental health and also being diagnosed with a life long illness at 9, Type 1 diabetes. Tess shares the many different tools she used to help her manage her illnesses, some which are “outside the box”
Tessa is a bright spark and has an energy that inspires me every day to follow and do the things I love doing. It was an honour to hear and be able to share Tessas story. I hope you enjoy this episode.

Throughout the episode Maggie will share with us the rollercoaster journey she had to finally be diagnosed with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND). Along this journey there were many challenges she faced and continues to face.
Maggie shares openly about her experience with FND, Mental health and what it was like to see and accept herself as someone who lives with a disability.
Maggie has an absolute passion for authenticity, which you will see her role model in this episode, and helping others who mage be struggling.

On this episode you will be hearing from Georgie who has a love for water, nature, adventure and lived life with a carefree attitude.
At 12 she found her love for diving gave her an outlet to be free. She competed in diving for 6 years and went on to Represent Victoria at national championships in Perth 2009 and Queensland 2010, Sydney 2011 - coming home with several medals in different events.
Sport played a huge part in Georgies life and when she ruptured her ACL playing footy she found herself sinking into depths of mental health struggles.
She is the Author of her book ‘Unapologetically Me’ which helped her process the struggles of anxiety, eating disorders, trauma and depression she experienced over the years. In this episode I will be talking about an extremely transformative experience I had at the end of Year 11 when I decided to partake in a World Challenge trip which took me to Vietnam and Cambodia.
This experience was a HUGE culture shock for me. It was the first time I had travelled overseas and really experienced anything outside of Australia. I will share my experience of working in an orphanage in Cambodia and how that has influenced my life trajectory and my dreams.

This has been a very long, emotional and extremely challenging journey for Amanda and her husband Aaron. Amanda shares incredibly openly about what they have been through, the process and the struggles as well as where she is at now.
Amanda has been so incredibly resilient over the past few years with so many disappointments when it comes to falling pregnant, while it seemed like so many around her were falling pregnant with ease. I think it is extremely powerful of Amanda to share about this journey so that we can all learn together and allow this topic to not be so taboo.

Amanda was blessed to play cricket for many years with our Dad, in the Men's competition! Talk about resilience. Whilst playing together they achieved 2 premierships and Amanda is the only female to be a part of the MPCA Grand Final Winning team.
Over the past few years Amanda has struggled to fall pregnant. This has been a long, emotional and very challenging journey for Amanda and her husband Aaron. Amanda will share incredibly openly about what they have been through, the process and the struggles as well as where she is at now.
