    Canada have never scored a goal in the World Cup and the wait continues for Les Rouges after Alphonso Davies saw his first half penalty saved by Thibaut Courtois.

    Despite dominating in the stats, Canada succumbed to a breakaway Belgium goal courtesy of Michy Batshuayi on the stroke of half-time, which proved enough to give Roberto Martinez's men their first win at the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
