This week I chat with Kate who is an engineer by trade and now has a mid-century modern stall and helps educational institutions fundraise. What a wonderful mix! Kate had a worrying experience during the 2008 global financial crisis and made a plan that she wouldn't have to worry about money again. And she's made it.

This week we are wrapping up the series on how to get the most out of life leading up to 50 and beyong. If you're starting with this episode I suggest go back and listen to parts 1 through 3 first! While in the part 3 we covered Saying yes more and Saying no more, this week we are covering saying Thank you more. We also look at the power of deciding that you are going to make the most out of life - and yes, it is a decision you can choose to make at any time.

Alison moved from the UK to India 15 years ago. She started in corporate communications and completely retrained to start a chiropractic business and more recently retrained again into mindfulness. While she continues to look for her next adventure, one of the big things she's taken on lately is to learn to go with the flow, which she admits is a work in progress. We also talk about letting go of striving for perfection, and how we have learned to stop feeling like we're not 'enough'.
