This week, Tony, Tom, and Rich start off the show chatting about Tony getting the full "Rocky" experience by way of a charity offering a chance for people to punch a side of beef to benefit the local food bank. The side of beef even went to feed animals at the zoo when the event was over. Here's the footage from the event of Tony going full "Tornado" on the target. We then recap a pretty wild UFC 333 event with Volkanovski embarrassing Movsar Evloev and Petr Yan overcoming early adversity to retain his title with a win in his rematch with Merab Dvalishvili. We also talk about the upsets on the card. Tom's Psychic Vision later hints at even more big upsets coming in the near future. Tony also gives us his Tornado Warning about his contest involving dressing like him for Halloween. Rich provides some timely news about controversial statements made by Sean Strickland and Sean O'Malley. We also preview upcoming boxing action and recap the schedule. Tony gives his take on what will happen in Canelo Alvarez's return to the ring Saturday against Christian Mbilli.

Rich also discusses the recent Dana White interview with Steven Bartlett and the discussion of Dana White's mother's book as well as the inclusion of a yearbook photo of White that Rich acquired years ago in the podcast visuals for Dana's interview with Bartlett. .

We interviewed Dana White's mother, June, back in 2011, shortly after she wrote her tell-all book about her famous son. "Dana White: King of MMA" was a book that pulled no punches in terms of how June described her son. This is the full interview, which refutes a lot of the contentions Dana made in his recent appearance on Steven Bartlett's "The Diary of a CEO" podcast. Below is the link to the segment in which Bartlett held up Dana's mother's book and began to ask him questions about it.

Rich's interview here covers a lot of bases, illustrating how his mother perceived her son's behavior over the years, leading to her cutting ties with him altogether. Near the end of the interview, Rich asks June what she would say to him if she could see him face to face. 

Also, she delves into Dana's mob ties, explaining why White is such a big fan of "Mobland" on Prime TV/Paramount and also considers "Goodfellas" one of his favorite movies. June explains how Dana White's father in law, the father of his wife Anne Stella White, was a mobster from Chicago. Anne's father, now deceased, was in fact Bobby Stella, a known participant in the casino skimming portrayed in the movie Casino. 

June also describes her own interest in combat sports, favoring kickboxing over MMA. She describes how she believes Dana pulled her tickets when she tried to attend an IFL event and claimed he was incensed when he saw her in the audience at a Bellator fight.

She also stated that he "puts Tiger Woods to shame" in terms of his extramarital affairs over the years in another videotaped interview about the book. She even alleged that he slept with one of the models for Xyience, a subject Rich is intimately familiar with. June details in Rich's interview how shocked she was to hear about her son being linked to Xyience's shady founder Russell Pike, as she remembers hearing Dana call Pike a "dirtbag." 


"He's alot more powerful than I gave him credit for," she said at one point in our interview. She described how Dana's fanbase can turn on fighters when he gets in feuds with them. She also added that she traced a lot of the defamatory backlash online about her book to a Zuffa employee.

A lawsuit she filed as a result put her up against a powerhouse New Hampshire law firm, "Shaheen and Gordon." She told me later in emails that she believed Dana was paying the bill for the woman she identified as the source of most of the offensive content. She also emailed me after winning the suit as her own attorney to tell me that she used my book about representing yourself in court to come out on top in the relentless legal battle. 

June starts out our interview describing Dana promising to give his grandmother the best care money could buy only to abandon her as she faced down death. June said he did not even attend her funeral. She also recounted how her pregnancy with Dana was comparable to the movie "Rosemary's Baby."

This week we discuss the lawsuit brought by Heather Hardy against Jake Paul's promotional company. Hardy suffered severe adverse effects from her fight with Amanda Serrano under that banner, and it ended her career. She is seeking damages for the handling of the fight, which she claims took advantage of her financial condition at the time. We also recap a wild UFC card headline by Raoni Barcelos versus Raul Rosas Jr. that ended with Barcelos being stretchered out of the arena. We look forward to a PFL event and another UFC card this Saturday headlined by Cong Wang and Natalia Silva. Tony gives us his Tornado Warning and Tom provides a psychic vision with a chat about a relative of Larry Holmes who tried and failed to follow in his footsteps. We also review the results from all the boxing action last week and preview this weekend's bouts.
