We also discuss Justin Gaethje suggesting the new $7.7 billion broadcast deal the UFC just signed doesn't provide him any kind of pay raise. Gaethje faces Paddy Pimblett in the main event of UFC 324 this Saturday. Rich makes his picks for the fight card and provides an in-depth betting strategy. Tony gives us a Tornado Warning, and Tom provides us a Psychic Vision at the end of the broadcast.

Bear with our early technical difficulties on this broadcast. We started out fine before Psychic Tom ended up being disconnected, and then we proceeded without him for a few minutes until we found a way to reconnect with him. The show really gets rolling when the crystal ball reception gets cleared up. Tony gives us a profound Tornado Warning about life and Tom looks at old school versus new school in boxing terms in his "Psychic Vision." 

Rich gives us a run-down of the two biggest fights of the weekend in boxing. Agit Kabayel remained undefeated in a battle of heavyweight unbeatens, even after getting cut and outclassed in the opening round by the taller, lankier Damian Knyba. A bigger upset unfolded as Super Lightweight Boxer Dalton Smith remained undefeated with his nineteenth straight professional victory over Subriel Matias (now 23-3). Matias seemed to be taking control of the fight with Smith withering when the tide turned and Matias ended up wobbling all the way to the ground in a whirlwind of punches from Smith. The referee didn't give Matias much of an opportunity to recover when he rose to his feet and tried to continue. Both fights ended with quick, but justified stoppages designed to protect the fighter. 

We cover some other related and unrelated news and wrap up this show in just over an hour this week, barely giving much of a look at the first UFC event on Paramount coming up, which just suffered the loss of a co-main event matchup for the ages. Amanda Nunes will not get to battle Kayla Harrison yet. A neck surgery changed the timeline on that fight recently.

Tom and Rich begin the broadcast breaking down the Jake Paul Versus Anthony Joshua fight and the hype train driving Paul's career. Rich predicts Paul gets knocked out, but there is some doubt about whether this is a real bout or semi-staged. We also discuss how Joshua texted Tyson Fury recently about it being time for him to kill someone in the ring, hinting it would be Jake Paul. Joshua has also suggested he needs to make a statement with a knockout in the very first round of the fight. We also recap the last UFC fight night and the headlining bouts from PFL last week. Finally we get to the retirement of Terence Crawford from boxing, which coincidentally happened not long after Jake Paul suggested he might fight Crawford next. This week we start off the show with the eye poke controversy surrounding Tom Aspinall after his heavyweight clash with Cyril Gane was called off due to a particularly nasty double eye poke. The fight was deemed a no-contest as a result of the injury he sustained.
