He told Helwani it was all part of the script and encouraged fans to bet on the first round KO. We also preview this weekend's UFC 318 card with Rich offering betting picks and Tom and Rich both providing opposite selections for the main event. Rich thinks it will not go the distance, while Tom is sure it will. We also preview this weekend's PFL event from South Africa.

O'Neill also has a background of competing in multiple sports, including boxing. He chats with us about his military experience, all his athletic accomplishments, and his career in journalism.
