In this episode we tackle a listener suggested topic about existential crises and dread. "Why bother trying or pushing forward if life is so temporary and fleeting?" ... "If we are so small and insignificant, then what's the point?"... These are some heavy questions that no one really has the answer to.  Aaron and I do our best to tackle our stance on this and explain methods and reason to find meaning behind every action you do, and to live purposefully.
