Hi! My name is Morgan Cone, I am 26 years old and I live in New Jersey! I went to school to get my Degree in Hospitality & when I thought I found my career path-- COVID had other plans for me. 2 years ago I started my journey as an online health & fitness coach where I was partnered with a company who helped me realize my passion but overtime found that I was not aligned with that partnership any longer & took the leap to quit my full-time corporate job and follow my passion in becoming a full-time entrepreneur. My business is 1:1 virtual coaching where I teach women how to let go of a restrictive mindset & guide them in reaching their goal of living a life full of balance! The passion I have for helping women create a healthy & sustainable lifestyle stems from past struggles I had with disordered eating, negative self-doubt,  trying to become my smallest self & missing out on so many memories that I could have created because of the challenging place I was in. Through my experience of coming out on the other side, I realized I wanted to be THAT person for women going through the same challenge-- that I didn't have but NEEDED.  If I could tell my younger self one thing while I was going through that-- it would be to reach out for help. When I am not working on building my business you can find me spending time with my family, especially with my favorite little man, Luca, who made me an Aunt, curling up on the couch with a sweet treat & a glass of red wine, enjoying the outdoors, & exploring cute little towns with friends or spontaneously gettings tattoos hehe. I recently moved to my happy place, down the shore & am so ready to start the next chapter of my life while I help women do the same.
