Welcome to the final episode of Season1 of FIKA Friday : Brewing Workplace Experience. My guest this time is the versatile virtuoso Parag Kulkarni who is SVP- International & President – India Business for A.O. Smith Corporation, a leading global water technology and manufacturing company.

In this episode, Parag talks about how he built his career working with Swedish Giants like SKF, Atlas Copco early on, then to Indian MNC Wipro for couple decades and now for the past 9+ years with US behemoth: A. O. Smith.

Hello Dear friends,

Here I’m .. Your FIKA Man.. back again after a brief pause.

This is a super special episode. Why do I say it? It’s because this is the first time ever I interviewed a career Diplomat who’s into Diplomatic affairs, with a major focus on assisting Dutch companies doing business in emerging markets.

Introducing Ewout de Wit, who is the Consul-General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands for South India. He is a Dutch diplomat, with extensive experience in economic diplomacy, development cooperation and peace and security issues.

In our conversation, his excellency talks about his stints in various countries in Africa, NATO and why he is loving his current stint in Bangalore. He  talks about the positive energy & vibe he gets in interacting with people out here and embracing cultural differences to foster collaboration. Of course, Coffee certainly helped :-)
