In our final episode of season one I talk about my favourite topic: self-care.

Self care is often a catch all term. But in its most simplest terms can be described as care for oneself.

But how do you know what YOU really need? In today’s chat, I talk about the importance of cultivating stronger self-awareness and self-love on our self-care journey’s and share five tips to help you do so.
