From studio sessions to class workshops, the design school experience holds great memories and foundations of many creatives. However, with the pandemic, students around the world were taken away access to spaces and resources. In this episode, we sat with two Kingston School of Art students, Ruby and Ellis to learn about their experience of what's like being a design student during the pandemic and their collaborative campaign, A Message Of Protest.
Visual design graduate turned Producer, we sat down with the multitalented Jeslene Chia to learn more about her journey of becoming the filmmaker she is today.
Jeslene Chia, otherwise preferred to be called, Jes, is a Producer at The Smart Local by day and National Beach Handball athlete by night. In this episode, we discuss the impact of meaningful content creation, self growth, the LGBTQ+ community in Singapore, mental health and the affects of censorship.
