Final Gravity

We finally had time to sit down together and talk about the Interview with Spider City Brewing.

Sorry it's taken so long to get this done but summer time in the service industry is crazy right now.

We'll be reducing the amount of episodes per month going forward to give us more breathing room and to put out better content for our listeners!

The Viking Peaches had an awesome opportunity to sit down and chat with the gals that own, run, and brew Spider City Brewing in Bend, OR.

As three white males, we do our best to begin to address the issues that are coming to light with how women are being treated in the craft and service industries.  This tasting episode is all beers that were either made by women or from breweries owned and run by women.

Running on fumes for this weeks episode, a quick conversation about brewery mix packs, how they really aren't mixed that much and what each of our fantasy 4 packs would include.

Cheers and enjoy!

We sit down and talk about how beer has morphed from the traditional styles to what it has become today.  A bit of talk of which traditional styles we'd like to see come back and how American brewers can keep certain traditions alive in new Americanized styles.

Cheers and enjoy!

Final Gravity returns for season 3!  For all the clowning we do about gimmicky beers, Josh convinces T and CJ to do a gimmick beer tasting.  As much as they were reluctant to do it, we had a good time and enjoyed most of the beers we drank.

You can now watch us live on Twitch each week we record or wait for launch the following week on all your favorite podcasting platforms and YouTube!

We may have talked about this on a previous episode but screw it, we're talking about it again.  It's not the only thing we talk about so you'll have to listen to find out about the rest.

Cheers and enjoy!

The boys do their best to power through "American lagers" and correctly identify them in a blind tasting.  It goes badly, as you could have imagined.  We threw in some craft lagers as well, but that didn't help the situation much.

Cheers and hope you enjoy!
