Burnout isn't something that is enjoyable. For anyone. A lot of us wish we can grind it out until we've reached the sky. However, it doesn't work like that, we all have our limits. Some longer than others. 

Today I talk about my personal experience with loosing momentum and burnout. I share how you too can slowly/rapidly recover from burnout or lack of ambition or drive to achieve your goals in life.

Targets, goals, missions are all the same in essence. The word describes ones desire and ambitions to tackle and take on an endeavor at any cost. Now it's surprising that a-lot of us lack this very simple concept in our lifetime. It doesn't help any that we're always bombarded with the chaos and noise thats around us every day of our lives.
