First time?...It's okay to be nervous. Seeing the price tag on your first home purchase can freak you out. If you live a halfway normal life, like we do, a home will be the most expensive thing you'll ever purchase. The sticker price isn't the only thing to consider, however. We spend this half hour breaking it all down for you. Get your financial house in order before buying your first crib.

We get it. Bigger, better, shinier, faster. We all want it. Whipping out your credit card for major purchases because you don't have the cheddar in your checking account is a trap. Credit cards aren't all bad, however. Have a plan for your plastic. It hurts not to have the big screen in your man cave, but if you have to put it on credit to afford it....you're better off just crying out the pain. Don't swipe your tears away. 

Why should you even be listening to the Bros ramble on about money? A little back story about how we got here, why we love it, and why you should too. 

 Rainy day, rough patch, hard times....However you to want to describe it, stuff happens that you never saw coming. You obviously can't predict what's going to blindside you financially....but you absolutely can prepare for it. Having the funds set aside to cover the new HVAC unit, the blown transmission, or that visit to the Emergency Room....now that's a flex.

Trying to keep up, a lot of times, puts you further behind. We find cars to be the biggest social status statement people want to make. If you want to be truly wealthy, it's going to take discipline. If you wanna be a baller, its going to take more than a large car payment...unfortunately. 

Okay, you've decided.  "I want to know what the BEST thing to do with my money is." On some things, well, you're going to need some guidance. You may need to hire someone to handle it. Some things.....maybe you can do on your own.
