Lucy began working life as a gardener, planting hundreds of thousands of trees, ran away to the circus and converted a 3.5 ton truck into a live-in vehicle for her university studies, having taken 10 gap years!  She has had many iterations in the worlds of educator, artist, therapist, writer, guide - and environmental activist  -  as part of a community of people who created one of the first tree village protest camps in the UK.     

Fortune provided the opportunity to participate in Mexican Indian Indigenous teachings and she had the privilege of being a pipe carrier in that tradition, where she studied and sat in ceremony over 10 years. Study in this case being lived, participatory experience - it’s where she learned to pray.  Now, she is CEO of Pilgrim Soul, an online business devoted to Living a Spiritual Life in the everyday, and to Self-acceptance. Paul Fosh is a 55 year old business man with businesses based in Newport, South Wales. At the tender age off 55, Paul is comfortable with the fact that middle age is still a way off. Paul has run Paul Fosh Auctions for over 20 years, and more recently, Paul Fosh Lettings. As well as running these businesses, on 1st February 2010 (to be precise), Paul started running. After half and full marathons, Paul started running ultra-marathons, and in 2015 took on the extremely challenging 6633 Arctic Ultra, a 320 mile foot race that takes place within the Arctic Circle, finishing on the Arctic Ocean in Northern Canada. Paul has continued to do extreme cold weather racing, balancing the demands of running 2 (soon to be 3) businesses along with training and the needs of family life.
