One step of obedience always leads to another. There is always a next step in our journey with God. Life on the other side of the Jordan required some significant adjustments. That is true of every Faith Crossing you make in your journey with God. God’s ways will never be static. Following Him will never be simple or easy. If it was, it wouldn’t require faith. Sometimes, our Faith Crossing, made in a crisis, only leads to another crisis, demanding that we continue trusting God with the uncertainty of our journey.

Our pastor makes a case for the fact that Paul's great concern in Romans chapters 9-11 is not the Restoration of Israel but the SALVATION of Israel. Does a person who is a Jew need to be saved? What does the Bible say?

Faith Crossings require a clear sense of God’s Leadership. Faith Crossings require a consecrated heart. Faith Crossings require standing still in the face of great difficulty.

The Faith Crossing of one person may become a catalyst prompting others to make Faith Crossings of their own. Is God calling you to make a Faith Crossing?

What might happen if a church committed itself to that grandest of callings: Sharing the gospel with a lost and dying world? In a few weeks, we are going to launch an outreach emphasis in our church. It will give us an opportunity to minister to our own members, but it will also give us an opportunity to reach out to those outside the church. We will call it Operation Beautiful Feet.

The Faith Crossing God is calling you to make will appear impassable and impossible. It will be without God’s help. But if God calls you to it—make that Faith Crossing. It will change your life and may serve as the catalyst for change in your church. Faith Crossings are moments of crisis in which Everything that happens in the future of your life and of your church depends on your response to God’s call. Is God calling you to a Faith Crossing?

In this section of Romans, Paul is concerned with the lostness of Israel. In keeping with that concern, He outlines the plan of salvation for any person whether Jew or Gentile. Do you know that plan? What would you need to do to be saved?

It is moving from where you are to where God wants you to be. It is a Faith Crossing because you are trusting God with the uncertainty of your journey. Is God calling you to make a Faith Crossing?
