While working 60-80 hours a week at Deloitte, Joe is also an MBA Candidate at the University of Michigan’s School of Business. Before starting at Michigan and before the COVID-19 Pandemic, Joe volunteered as a Tutor and Assistant Coach at Bronx Lacrosse and as an MC at Sofar Sounds in New York.

We talk about his mindset and way of operating as a higher performer, his unique upbringing and family dynamic, and the challenges of being diagnosed with severe ADHD and dyslexia in the 2nd grade.
