A liminal space is the time between the 'what was' and ‘what’s next’ – it's a place of transition. Sometimes we catapult ourselves into uncertain liminal spaces - like leaving relationships, moving, quitting or ending jobs, businesses, projects. And sometimes we are thrust into liminal space through job loss, redundancies, our partners ending relationships, businesses folding, illness, or losing someone we love.
But one thing for certain is, when you follow your soul to what you are called to do, and who you are called to be, then you are going to encounter uncertainty when you either leap (or are forced) into the unknown.
We dive into how to get more comfortable with the uncertainty so you can feel more calm and less stress in the transition.
I also discuss the importance of following the call/ pull to something, and not pushing to make things happen.
The journal prompts I share are:
Have you tried to push and force something into happening on your terms in the way that you wanted? If so, what did you learn from that experience? Did it work? And, if it didn't work, in what ways didn't it work?
What times that you have felt called or a pull towards something? How did that feel? How did that unfold and work out for you?
What times have you pushed yourself out of your comfort zone, and how did that work out for you?
