Hi! Welcome back! Today we are chatting with Registered Dietitian, Ashley Lytwyn about so so many topics including: Her finding body freedom journey, when healthy eating goes unhealthy {orthorexia}, food preferences versus food rules (there is a BIG different), and how learning about intuitive eating can help you find freedom with food. *I also share a personal struggle I’ve been having and Ashley helps me to gain some clarity on it* A very healing, open, honest, and on fire podcast episode!
