Most people like to use work-life balance or work-life harmony and honestly, she doesn't believe in that at all because it creates this fallacy. Instead, we should focus on integration which is more achievable and flexible.
She shares why it’s important to create intentional moments, how to stick to systems that ensure you can step into all your different roles and how to overcome the scarcity mindset and deal with the pressures of being a founder.
In this episode, Madeline covers:
- How she creates a flow that allows her to step into all my different roles

- The importance of delegating tasks to others and trusting them to execute

Welcome back to Finding Fearless! Our Founder, CEO, and Finding Fearless Podcast host, Madeline Pratt, is bringing you a solo episode about funding for female founders and she’s riled up.
She jumps right into a conversation that’s been heavy on her heart lately and has been coming up quite a bit with other women in business—founders specifically. Looking back on her past career that has led her to where she is today, she wishes she would have been given some advice about funding and quite frankly, just about women in business.
In this episode, Madeline chats about:
- How she wishes she would have been given some advice about funding
- How she found her love and passion in working with underrepresented founders
- And why “Capitalist patriarchy has been around for long enough.” (🎤 drop)

We’re bringing you a woman to watch on this week’s episode of the Finding Fearless podcast. She has a deep passion for elevating women and inspiring meaningful change—she’s a force for gender equity and social justice within the wine industry and our culture at large.
Please welcome Jill Osur, Founder of Teneral Cellars! She’s striving to “open up the necessary conversations and talk about the tough things so that we can make a difference and really get to this point where women have full equality in the United States.”
After years working in the wine industry, Jill came to terms with some terrifying stats—only 10% of winemakers are female, and less than 0.1% are Black. It was crazy to Jill that there are very few women in leadership positions in the wine industry and even fewer women of color—especially given that women are the top consumers of wine in the US.
Grab your headphones, a glass of wine, and a cozy blanket for this inspirational episode!
