In Aprils solo episode of finding grace I share:

• All about clearing your energy to be in your power and in a sovereign place. Who you truly are beneath of the layers we’ve collected moving through life.
• What this means, and how we can become the truest clearest version of ourselves.
• What this looks like and feels like.
• Its natural since child hood we’ve picked up many layers and its figuring our what’s really us and what’s in alignment with us now. 
• Why we have to face how much of what we feel and act out isn’t even us it’s what we’ve picked up along the way.
• The importance of taking your time to unravel everything, one by one. 
• Why being grounded is vital.
• Why trusting your inner compass is key here. 
• Understanding this is a process and takes times.
• Being neutral and unattached as we do this.
• Why it happens that things we thought we’d healed comes up but in a new way to look at it, you’re not doing anything wrong.
• Removing labels such as right or wrong and becoming more neutral allows us to let go more easier, this goes with how easily we process things let go of time limits. 
• Understand it’s anchoring it in our bodies, nervous systems and energy bodies and it feeling safe here. 
• Realising how liberating it is when we become our truer version and how limitless and expansive this is.
• The importance of being kind to ourselves on this journey.
