Lauren is women empowerment coach, business mentor, yoga and meditation teacher and is passionate about supporting women to help them connect to their feminine super powers.  Lauren has recently become a new mum and lives with her husband and dog just outside of London.

We met on instagram and have since became good friends, and it’s a pleasure to share Lauren on here.
