Sarah is a coach, author and podcast host, she is an alchemist intuitive for empowered souls on a mission to help them rewrite their stories and take their power back. 

She has a holistic approach to healing and guides people to reconnect back to this. 

She works with breath work, EFT along with other modalities. 

She is the creator of the illuminated training helping high achieving empaths achieve their dreams.
