• How getting more present when we are being called to be patient often gives us insights we would miss if we future trip. 
• How to navigate patience with grace. 
• Why surrender and trusting the process tie in with being patient. 
• Why it’s important when you are in the patient space to think about the feelings that are underneath it.  
• How when we look more deeply at being patient we realise that often we are seeking the end result high and then we move on to the next thing. I share about breaking this cycle and finding more temperance.
• Why temperance has been a big learning for me.
