Listen Later

“What time are the live calls?”

“How many people will be in the program?”

“Is there lifetime access?”

These are all examples of low-level questions. To be clear, low-level questions aren’t stupid questions (there are no stupid questions). But low-level questions are questions that do not help you make high-quality decisions.

In today’s episode, I’m talking about the problem of low-level questions and how to address them. I walk you through examples of identifying the root cause of a low-level question and how addressing the root will help you formulate a powerful response. So let’s cut right to the chase as we tackle how you can turn low-level questions into high-quality opportunities.

“Take time to really think about what they're asking and why. Then feel free to create content around it that helps answer any questions from the lurkers in your audience.” - Kirsten Roldan
