Guest: Osarueme Osazee

We are excited to have Osarueme (Osas) Osazee, from Indiana USA, share his inspiring Be Love Story.

His story of opening to compassion and Love left us speechless, moving us to Spirited tears.

As an ICU nurse during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic, Osas was surrounded by immense pain and suffering. Despite doing all he knew to treat and comfort his patients and their families through their suffering, Osas could not resist the feeling of helplessness. Osas started to suffer.

With onsetting depression and PTSD, Osas turned to God/Christ Consciousness/The Universe/Universal Wisdom (call it what you may) for help. The response and message that he received changed his life forever.

About Osas Osazee:
Osas works as a Registered Nurse in a Tertiary health system in an Acute Intensive Care Unit. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology and Nursing and a Master's degree in Public Health with a specialization in Epidemiology. He is pursuing his doctorate in Nursing Practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner. His Christian faith is fundamental to him and his daily ways of Being. Osas strives to follow the teachings of Christ as outlined in the Bible, relying on the guidance of The Holy Spirit or "Christ-Consciousness" in his daily life.

In this episode, Jacqui and Tanagh discuss the second Dare to Be Love Topic: SUFFERING. Witnessing and acknowledging our suffering allows us to SEE ourselves, freeing us from the unhealthy ego.

Suffering is a chaotic time for any of us. It triggers the emotions that many of us often want to avoid or sometimes pretend not to exist. If we allow ourselves to open our story of suffering to the perspective of Love, we can then change our perspective and see that it gives us a beautiful opportunity to soften, heal and celebrate the painful experience.

Jacqui and Tanagh openly discuss their relationships to their suffering and how they practice working through this suffering from an integrated space of Spirit, body, mind and soul, opening them to Universal Wisdom, thereby affording complete healing. Once we can recognise that the cause of our suffering comes from a space of wanting a different experience, we can then forgive ourselves for wanting this different experience and allow the perspective of Love to infuse our blame, guilt and shame stories with the growth and gift it affords us.

Guest: Devina Sewsunker. 

In this week’s episode, our first guest, Devina Sewsunker, shares her story. From being crippled by her fear and anxiety of driving on highways, Devina shares how she accessed the courage to face her fear, find Love for her chaos and thrive.

Being a confident driver for many years, Devina developed a fear of driving on highways after the birth of her two children. Not being able to predict the drivers’ movements around her, Devina fell into states of panic, leaving her stranded on the side of the Kwa-Zulu Natal highways, alone, scared and calling for help. 

Living with this fear for years, Devina finally made the courageous choice to date her fear. On a Saturday morning earlier this year, Devina turned to her spiritual practices, prayed, chanted and took the wheel to the highway once more. Thinking she had merely survived this fear, Devina came home to find a Facebook Dare to Be Love post, opening her perspective to the Love and understanding that she had not only survived but thrived!

To some, this is an everyday task. But to Devina, this was a fear that had control over her. Jacqui and Devina unpack how Devina found enlightenment in her story of overcoming by being integrated in Spirit, affording her a toolbox for all challenges to come.

Change is constant, making life unpredictable. All too often, change (natural, planned or unplanned) presents the unknown and triggers fear. This fear is natural, as our brain can perceive this unknown as a danger. However, there are tools and techniques we can adopt when faced with the challenges of change to help us move through the chaos to access courage and open our perspective to Love.

In this week’s episode of Finding Love in the Chaos of Life, Jacqui and Tanagh dive into the first topic of the Dare to Be Love Journey: Change. Tanagh shares two stories where she is moving through the waters of change: one where the change has been easy due to a full connection with her Spirit. In the second story, however, Tanagh is amid the turbulence, still seeking this full connection. Jacqui and Tanagh break down these chaotic stories and examine how to approach them through the lens of Love to manifest the miracle of changed perception and inner peace. Next, Jacqui walks Tanagh through the Dare to Be Love Journey steps, shining light on Tanagh’s enlightened Self in her easily resolved change. After that, they look at how Tanagh can find enlightenment around her unresolved pain story by integrating her Spirit into the challenge.

At times, this left us feeling isolated and even fearful of sharing our questions and thoughts with those closest to us.

With many faiths to choose from, ultimately, we can all choose our own path to connect with God/Love/Universal Wisdom (call it what you may). This episode focuses on having the courage to question if we are practising our connection with our Higher Power through the lens of Love or fear. The Spiritual Revolutionary within each of us only knows Love. So join us as we share our stories from fear to Love.
