Kayla Is a Wife. Mama of 4. Author. Leader. For two decades, she has worked as a journalist, freelance writer, and ministry leader. After graduating from the Institute in Theology by Extension and University of Montana Journalism School, she has written for the New York Times, Reuters, Midwest Living and WIRED. Her career has brought her deep satisfaction, but Kayla’s  greatest joy is raising four children in the Black Hills of South Dakota with her  husband, Adam.
