I look my mental health like a challenge I could overcome, and I was wrong. I hated not just being ok after doing along of work. But that’s not reality. Mental health healing and recovery is not linear. I like to take hot baths to help. But really my expectations were so high aliens could see then. I’m learning how to deal with that. From now on the bonus episodes are going to be more about what’s going on in my life right now. I may add a couple of tips from what I have learned in the last week or so before the episode, but these bonus episodes are going to be more of a realistic look into my life. With that being said this bonus episode is brought to you by sleeping anxiety and not just going to sleep but waking up with anxiety at night and how it affects me. Many times I have woken from deep sleep with either a panic attack or an anxiety attack. It’s scary, and it causes me to lose sleep. When you’re dealing with a mental health issue sleep is key.

Guys, I am not superhuman. I am just one woman trying to live in a world where I have had to survive for way to long.   

Giving up control has been so scary for me.  The world is full of chaos, so I cling to whatever control I have, but it might kill me.   So,  i am giving up control in whichever ways I can, So I can focus on what the most important parts of my life truly are.
