Finding STAX episodes

  • Astro Authority (Misfits, Pennywise cover)

Just messing around and decided to cover two amazing songs by two of the greatest influential bands ever, The Misfits and Pennywise. This does not do the original songs justice by any means, I just admire the talent and passion behind these gems and wanted to show my appreciation.

  • I'm Your Density (Demo) - Stick Around (Oh, Good Times!)

After a little hiatus, I caught up with the band I'm Your Density and he gave me a cassette tape of this demo they worked on. Very nostalgic, the tape even had pieces of paper shoved into the two tiny squares to make it a recordable tape. The original tape info was marked out with old school liquid white out. I was curious what was behind it, so I scratched out just a bit and it said something about Menudo?

Playing out my conversation with Matt is a song from the band's latest album Leonard called "What Do You Want On Your Tombstone?" You're going to love this dude and the band after hearing this convo. Purchase the band's new album on Bandcamp.com, iTunes, or wherever music is sold pretty much. Follow them on all social platforms using @deforesters
