Estella spent over 20 years believing she was ugly, because she was constantly called "the fat one" growing up. In this episode, she shares how she was able to shed the immense load of insecurities and shame around her body image that she had been carrying, to experiencing true self-acceptance!

Homelessness. Physical and sexual abuse. Siblings and relatives lost to murder and incarceration.
