Scott Turner is a Pastor, Speaker, and the Founder & President of the (CEOC) Community Engagement & Opportunity Council. Scott has a heart for helping those in need. Through education, sports and significant mentorship, he was able to rise up from much adversity and accomplish great things including playing 9 years in the NFL, managing a successful business career, becoming a Pastor, and most recently, serving in the White House. In April 2019, Turner was appointed by former President Trump to serve as the first ever Executive Director of the White House Opportunity and Revitalization Council in an unprecedented effort to revitalize and transform America’s most distressed communities.
