I used to live from the outside in - always (unknowingly) needing  external validation and approval instead of from the inside out - deciding what In want and going for it without worrying what people think of me.

I outline 3 steps in this episode that you can take to see if you are falling down the rabbit hole of chasing highs and the importance of emotional regulation - as well as the importance of letting your emotions fully peak!
