Hello HOTBOXERS! 

This week we talk with Loki from the St. Louis Gatekeepers and Arch Rival Roller Derby. Something that comes up with any sport or hobby that you do for a long period of time is figuring out how to maintain your joy while doing the thing you love and have invested so much of yourself in. In this episode we talk about how to maintain or find your joy and learning that sometimes it's ok to step away for awhile to find joy in other things.
