Is there such thing as balance?

I've been there for a long time. Until now, I am trying to fix that mindset and focus on what I can really control by embracing where I am going instead of looking at other races.

Yes we are all "Solo" Nanays but even we are, it doesn't mean that we don't need a support group that would lift us up and understand where we are really in this journey. In this episode, I'll be sharing my experience with a group of Solo Parents who helped Solo Nanays like us. I'd like to also pivot here that we have a Solo Nanay group that is here for you in your self discorvery!

I knew that dating is a gamble and not everyone in dating apps (even in person) are genuinely looking for a "date". Most men/women are there for fun or chill. I can't blame them. We have our own perspectives and choices but one this is for sure for me, having a standard is a must! Do not rush into something or someone just because it's your "only" chance. Your standards represent how you respect yourself and the people you care about.

Have you experienced a friend who tried to compare your kid to their kids or other kids? Have you experienced a family member or any relatives trying to teach you things about "right and proper parenting" (unsolicited) and sometimes telling you that the way you do your parenting is not the like the usual way?
