“Hendrick Ministries” is based in the St. Louis, MO area and is one of encouragement, connecting many believers with one another to advance the Kingdom of God.

For years Harold Hendrick has hosted hundreds of radio interviews on KSIV-AM 1320 in St. Louis (owned by the Bott Radio Network — www.bottradionetwork.com).

Hal, with all his other virtues, follows the counsel of that down-to-earth philosopher, St. Louis native Yogi Berra, when he said: “It ain’t over … till it’s over!”

He notes that the word “retirement” is not in the Bible!  Older people have so much to offer that they should not be “turned out to pasture” when they reach a certain age.  They have so much wisdom and experience and … as followers of Jesus, they continue to want to serve Him!

In the radio dialogue with Hal, you will hear the “overflow” of his wisdom and experience.  And we will hear Hal cite Scriptures from the Word of God that reenforces this mindset.

Finishing well doesn't always mean we have everything FINISHED. The life of Paul is a good example of not only finishing well, but depending on Christ to take what has been done and working through it for His own glory even after Paul was gone. In this episode, we take a look at the end of Paul's life and how until his dying day, he was allowing himself to be conformed to the image of Christ and how we can follow Paul's example

Spiritual gifts are given to everyone who believes, yet most don't know what their gifts even are, much less how to put them to use in the church. Perhaps that comes from a misunderstanding about why God even gives us gifts of the Spirit. In this episode, we will help you explore the why behind the what of Spiritual gifts so that when you learn what your gifts are, you can begin to see that age is no barrier to your effectiveness in the church! Everyone has a set of natural gifts that they can use for the Kingdom. Sometimes we call this "how we're wired" or we take personality tests to determine the way we think, feel, and behave. Some are analytical, some are strong feelers, but whatever your natural giftedness, we don't put those talents away just because we're aging. God made you the way you are for a purpose!
