My name is Ella Lane and I am a 21 year old student-athlete currently studying commerce at Queen's University. I am an avid Podcast Listener and a huge fan of Shows like The Skinny Confidential, Call Her Daddy, What we Said, and so many more. I also listen to a ton of Running Podcasts lol (shoutout Coffee Club) but I feel like its unlikely my listeners will relate haha. Anyway, I am super into realistic wellness, fitness, mental health advocacy and just generally trying to become the healthiest happiest and kindest version of myself. On this podcast, I am super excited to share my college-girl perspective on many health and wellness related topics and just connect with my (very very small audience) on the MANY challenges we face in our 20's.
