She is currently the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Insights, a global people development company, and is responsible for the sustainable growth of the organisation to achieve their ambitious goals. These include delivering a legendary customer experience for their chosen customers, scalable geographic expansion and over-achieving their financial targets. 

She has also worked with Greenpeace, Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park, Unilever and IBM - to mention a few.
