Senator John Cavanaugh is a candidate running for reelection in the 9th District in Central Omaha in the Nebraska State Legislature. He is an Omaha native with almost two decades of experience in public service and community engagement. Senator Cavanaugh is committed to representing Omaha's underprivileged and impoverished residents through his work at the Douglas County Public Defender's office.
