Ro: Brașov, orașul cuibărit la poalele Carpaților, era îmbrăcat în sărbătoare.
En: Brașov, the city nestled at the foot of the Carpați, was dressed up for the holidays.

Ro: Marketul de Crăciun era plin de luminări strălucitoare și mirosul de vin fiert.
En: The Christmas market was full of sparkling lights and the smell of mulled wine.

Ro: În seara de Revelion, Andrei se plimba printre tarabe, așteptându-și frații.
En: On New Year's Eve, Andrei was strolling among the stalls, waiting for his siblings.

Ro: Cu inima bătând tare de emoție, încerca să-și pună ordine în gânduri.
En: With his heart pounding with excitement, he tried to organize his thoughts.

Ro: Mihai și Ioana nu mai vorbeau de luni bune.
